Broadcast Team: Joey Styles and Steve Corino

A video was shown highlighting the many clashes between Samoa Joe, Colt Cabana, Christopher Daniels and CM Punk. The video began showing Samoa Joe and Colt Cabana defeating CM Punk and Christopher Daniels for the Global Tag Team Championships. Then it moved forward one month with CM Punk using a Steel Chair on Samoa Joe, thus costing him the Undisputed Championship. Next we saw CM Punk and Daniels capturing the Global Tag Team Championships in a Steel Cage match with help from Homicide. Finally, the video showed the 6-man Tag Team match being made official, James Storm entering the mix and finally CM Punk shattering a beer bottle over Storm's head last month. "Wild Ones" by Flo Rida then began to play as the pyros exploded inside Madison Square Garden with a sold out crowd going absolutely insane! Even though it was hard for them to even hear themselves think, Joey Styles and Steve Corino welcomed everyone from ringside.

Joey Styles: "Back in August, the GWA made it's return infront of 1600 fans just down the street at the Hammerstein Ballroom, and now only 5 months later, we are turning people away as over 19,000 fans have jam packed the most famous arena in the world, Madison Square Garden as we present "Sex, Drugs, Chris Rock & Roll!".

Steve Corino: "And do you want to know why so many people want to be here tonight? It's because not only is this the biggest night in the GWA's history, but this is going to be one of the most historic nights in this wonderful sport! Five months of heated hatred comes to boiling point tonight in our Main Event, but also, Chris Jericho must walk out of this area as Undisputed C4 Champion, or his career is over!"

» The high energy crowd were treated to some fast paced action early on. Kendrick and Orlando were brawling outside of the ring when suddenly Primo ran the ropes and hit a rolling suicide dive knocking Kendrick down. The match seemed to be over as Kendrick dropped Orlando with Sliced Bread #2, then Primo returned to hit the Back Stabber to claim the pinfall victory.

Mean Gene Okerlund was standing by in his interview position. He welcomed the fans to the most famous arena in the world, and said how special it felt being back after so many years. He then introduced his guest, Dolph Ziggler and asked him how he thought his chances were going into his J-Elimination match against Naomichi Marufuji.

Dolph Ziggler: "Seriously? Let me take a deep breath... Naomichi Marufuji? Naomichi Maru-WHO-ji more like! So he's a big deal in Japan, so what? I'm a big deal everywhere! Low-Ki, well the name says it all. All he has is his mean face, and at the end of the day he's just a poor mans James Earl Jones. Bryan Danielson? Best in the World? That's not what your girlfriend said to me last night, only joking, you don't have a girlfriend. Gene, there's only one winner, so introducing your next JGP Champion... Hashtag... HEEL!"

Singles Contest
Jamie Noble vs. Sin Cara

» Two of the six competitors in next months JGP Tag Team Championship match clashed with their partners absent from ringside. Noble grounded Sin Cara early with a low dropkick to the knee, later wrapping it around the ring post. The scene opened up with The Miz sitting backstage in his locker room, shining the Championship belt which was resting across his knee. There was a knock on the door, Miz looked up and smirked before standing up to greet Sheamus.

The Miz: "Nice that you could have made it to the party! Together we are going to crush Chris Jericho's fairytale dream of capturing my title in the very building that his useless old man used to play Hockey. Don't get me wrong, it would be very poetic for that to happen, but fairytales are just that, a fairytale. Just like his Dad..."

The Miz stopped mid-sentence and looked over Sheamus' shoulder. The camera pulled out as Sheamus turned around to find Edge standing behind them.

Edge: "Oh sorry, did I interupt something? Don't let me stop this meeting of the minds. I just thought you'd want to know about a rule change for tonight's Championship match. There's no way I'm going to let one of the biggest matches in this company's history become ruined. Sheamus, you're banned from ringside, and Miz, if you get counted out or disqualified... you will lose that title! Good luck!"

Edge slapped Sheamus on the shoulder and sent a wink in Miz's direction before leaving. The camera zoomed in to Miz's face who was scouling and shaking his head.

J-Elimination Semi-Final

» The two-men locked up and Marufuji took the early advantage with a snapmare and a stiff kick to Ziggler's spine. Marufuji sent Dolph into the corner and clotheslined him over the top rope. Ziggler thumped the announce desk in frustration, but turned around to find Marufuji flying over the top rope landing with a crossbody. Marufuji then went for Sliced Bread #2 but for the second time in the night it was countered. Ziggler ducked through a clothesline and ended it with a surprise Superkick!

Mean Gene was once against backstage with microphone in hand ready to interview Chris Jericho, who was moments away from putting his career on the line against The Miz for one more shot at the Undisputed Championship.

Chris Jericho: "Well it all comes down to one night, I guess. Multi-time World Champion, travelled far and wide to become known as one of, if not the best Professional Wrestler in the world. Tonight, it means nothing because if somehow Miz is able to pin my shoulders down to the canvas for three seconds, all of that is over. But out of all the millions of people who believe I am the best at what I do, I'm one of them. Miz, there is no way that I'm letting you keep that Championship, and there is no damn way that I'm letting you hang my head above your fire place as a trophy. This match is the biggest match of my career, because if I lose, I lose everything. You better bring your "A" game, because you haven't seen nothing yet!"

J-Elimination Semi-Final
Bryan Danielson vs. Low-Ki

» Straight out of the box, both men started the match by exchanging stiff chops across one another's chests. Low-Ki left his feet and crawled to the corner where Danielson continued with stomps. Low-Ki rolled out of the ring, but quickly rolled back in when Danielson followed. As Danielson slid into the ring, Ki hit a hart kick to his head. Further on, Ki sent Danielson into the corner and connected a Tidal Crush Kick. After a failed Warrior's Way, Danielson hit a drop toe hold and submitted Ki with the LeBell Lock.

Just moments before their Tag Team Warfare match, Samoa Joe, Colt Cabana and James Storm were standing backstage with Mean Gene. Gene passed the microphone down the line, allowing each man to say a few words.

James Storm: "I'm not much of a fortune teller, or a mind reader or nothing, but I have an idea that CM Punk is going to be mentioned alot over the next few minutes. Punk, you think you got inside my head last month by smashing that beer bottle over my head? Kid, if I had a dollar for everytime a bottle of beer gave me a headache, I'd be a damn millionaire! I don't hate you because you don't drink beer, hell, I don't understand it, but I don't hate you for it. I hate you because you think you're better than me. When that bell rings, you'll find out that this country boy has some tricks up his sleeves!"

Colt Cabana: "The Wire is the greatest television show ever, and CM Punk sucks!"

Samoa Joe: "The Wire? Yeah, I guess that is a pretty damn good show. Actually, I am the Omar of the Global Wrestling Alliance. Punk, you may have two friends, but a hunting we will go! You can run, you can hide, but tonight you are going to get got, and your blood will be on my hands! It's business, it's pleasure, and all part of the game!"

When Jericho turned back to Miz, he was lifted up and dropped neck first on the top rope. Jericho then walked into the Skull Crushing Finale to end the match, and his career.

As the referee was checking on Homicide, and James Storm began to gain the upperhand, Punk entered the ring and struck him with a kick between the legs.
